Accelerated Tooling, LLC has a passion for cars and racing. We are equipped to manufacture both stock and hi-performance engine parts and are servicing the automotive, racing, performance, construction and off-road industries. In addition to making many types of OEM and after-market parts, we have two specialized capabilities:
Billet Impellers
We have developed customized programming for our 5-Axis mill that allows us to manufacture billet impellers in a range of sizes. We can make impellers to your specifications.
AT1000
The AT1000 is our own Billet Supercharger. This direct replacement supercharger offers the following:
- Housing and cover made from Billet Aluminum for better bearing control
- Ceramic bearings
- Centrifugal design
- Gear driven
- Self lubricated
- Internal components coated with ZC4-DFL for temperature and wear control
- Synthetic oil pre-filled from the factory
- Billet impeller
We accept virtually all CAD and Solids files.
